Dumb-Bell Bench Press.
3 sets of 8/10/12 reps.
Dumb-Bell Flye.
3 sets of 12 reps using light weights.
Press/Push Up.
3 sets of 12 reps.

Seated One-Arm Overhead Triceps Extension. L/R
3 sets of 8/10/12 reps.
Dumb-Bell Pullover.
3 sets of 12 reps.
Bench Dip.
3 sets of 12 reps.

Do some slow run for 10-20 minutes.
